Initial Face to Face Consultation: $250-$400 depending on time needed
Individual Session: $175-$250
Couples' Session: $250-$400 depending on time needed
Group Participation: Variable

Insurance
Dr. Callias is a Medicare provider. If you have a different insurance, she will be an out-of-network provider. Out-of-network services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Do I have out-of-network coverage?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is referral/precertification required from my primary care physician, or from my insurance directly?
Payment
Payment is due at the time professional services are rendered. Cash or checks are the accepted forms for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Please remember that when you reserve a time period it is unavailable to anyone else. A 24 hour advance notice is needed to cancel an appointment. If you cancel in less than 24 hours, or if you do not show up, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session unless a makeup appointment is available within a week and you are able to attend.
